“I have contracted Richard Mazzariello and his staff on approximately twenty-five occasions to perform work on my home over the last thirty years. Among other things, Richard has performed work to expand my Cape Cod home from: 4 rooms /1 bathroom; to: 9 rooms / 2.5 bathrooms; as my family grew from one child to four children. His expansion work also included a laundry room and large family den in the basement.

Besides the house expansion, he has also performed exterior and landscaping construction on my property (eg: rear deck and 40 foot wooden path), along with many other minor enhancements to the house.
